How can I tell if my browser is secure?
When you visit a secure section of our site - any section where you're asked to provide your credit card or personal info - two things will happen:
1. A fastened lock or solid key will appear in the bottom-right corner of your browser window. (If you click this icon, our security certificate information will appear in a pop-up window. This certificate guarantees that your personal information is being encrypted and sent to only our Web server, and not to another unauthorized server somewhere else.)
2. The beginning of our URL will change from http:// to https://. The additional "s" in https:// indicates that your connection is secure.
Your credit card will be authorized when we receive your encrypted information, and charged when we ship your order.
As always, you must have a valid credit card, be at least 18 years of age or older, and have a good credit standing for us to fulfill your order.
If, for any reason, your credit card is not approved, we will contact you by phone to verify your personal information. You then have the option of choosing a different credit card for that order.

I have been using your toner kits for about 8 months. They have been working just fine. We can save 40 to 80 dollars per cartridge that I refill, depending on make and model of printer. I also have tried putting your toner into cartridges that are not listed on your compatibility chart with good success. Thanks for the great service.
